Golden Tabby Tiger - What A Beauty!

As you can see by the photo, a golden tabby tiger is an awe-inspiring tiger with a tremendously rare color variation, which is caused by a recessive gene and is in general found only in captive tigers. Like the white tiger, it is not a separate species; it is simply a color form. Golden tigers also have a tendency to be larger and, because of to the effect of the gene on the hair shaft, have softer fur than their orange relatives. According to what is being said, there are currently believed to be fewer than 30 of these awe-inspiring rare tigers in the world, but many more may carry the gene.
